Our strategy on community updates
Five days after our token unlock and our succesful listings on IDEX (TOP 1 after one hour) and on coinmarketcap (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/unibright/) we currently focus on the preparation of our Hackathon (with Microsoft Germany and Zühlke) taking place next monday and tuesday. We will post some live infos from there, we promise!
As we explained in our last blog, we decided for a scaled agile development structure, working in 2-week-sprints. We are convinced, that 2 weeks are just long enough to get some real work done, but short enough to react on latest changes / demands that effect the project roadmap.
Now that we have dived so deeply into our development work, we decided to have a strucutred plan for our communication strategy and want to keep a 2-week-rhythm on updates here as well. This is how it works:
- Every 2nd Friday, we will have a “current state of development” blog entry, here on our medium blog. We will start the 2-week rhythm for this series on June 1st.
- Every 2nd Friday, we will have a “Answers to your questions” section here on Medium as well. Our community managers will collect the most interesting and challenging questions from our official groups, our personal email contacts and from talks we have on meetups, conferences and our internal meetings. This is more than just a “frequently asked question”-section, as we also want to elaborate on questions that are not asked frequently but made us really think and therefore deliever new insights in the Unibright universe. If you have questions to be answered here, please send them to our community managers in Telegram or by mail to community@unibright.io
We will start the 2-week-rhythm for this series on June 8th. - Once a month we will do a video AMA (ask me anything), where at least one member of the core teams answers your questions in a live video chat. The first video AMA is planned for the end of June, the exact date will be announced soon.
We want to keep you informed about the next steps on our exciting mission and are once more very happy and proud to have you all on board!
